Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

Madrid welcomed community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to mark cultural diversity and peaceful coexistence. The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community news eu wahl of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and Denise González. Speakers offered different experiences and viewpoints on how open dialogue can help build more inclusive communities.

Throughout the gathering, participants explored themes such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative with Scientology’s emphasis on ethical values and community improvement. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, said that cultural and religious diversity is a value for society when accompanied by mutual understanding and responsibility.
